- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
- The content is accurate and not misleading.
- The content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting it. We may review, edit, or remove submitted content at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Event Information Accuracy
The Service aggregates event information from various sources, including user submissions and third-party listings. Event details (dates, times, venues, ticket links) may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing. Always verify details with the official source or venue before attending. We are not responsible for canceled, rescheduled, or misrepresented events.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., ticketing platforms, venue websites) and integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and them.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, branding, text, and software (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without our written permission. Event images and listings remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information is accurate or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
